Mr. Eayu
A Congolese refugee was struck by an unexpected tragedy when his wife died in her sleep. He was left to raise six children on his own – with four children having autism. To care for his children, he had to quit his job. He was unable to maintain his home which was severely damaged. To improve the family’s living conditions, Restore Hope remodeled two bathrooms, installed flooring, rebuilt the kitchen and installed appliances, replaced the interior doors, repaired drywall, painted walls, and brought in new furniture. Restore Hope also provided food, clothing, and Christmas gifts for the entire family.
