Ms. Clark, a dedicated community volunteer for over 40 years, was living with her grandchildren who had fled domestic violence. After a neighbor reported her garage roof collapse, Restore Hope assessed the home and found numerous structural and cosmetic issues. Restore Hope completely gutted the house, making repairs that included a new foundation, heating and air, electrical and plumbing systems, insulation, roof, gutters, windows, kitchen, bathroom, flooring, siding, and furniture. The total renovation cost was $70,000.
