An Army Veteran’s home needed a new roof after it was damaged by a fire. He was battling prostate cancer and had no living family to support him. During the initial visit, Restore Hope discovered several critical issues in the home that posed serious safety concerns. A gracious donor, procured by Restore Hope, purchased a $150,000 home for the veteran. Restore Hope installed heating and air, remodeled the bathroom, installed a new roof, furnished the home, and provided clothing for the veteran.
